Where do I even begin? Steph Audino is a true gem! I was in a bit of a panic trying to get a pair of designer shorts in time for my son's birthday celebrations. Steph not only responded quickly to my request but also arranged for a courier to deliver them to me personally, even changing the delivery address at the last minute! The shorts arrived within the hour and fit like a dream – the design is so flattering, and the quality is outstanding (for a genuinely unbelievable price too). Steph's kindness, generosity, and dedication to her customers is truly next level - I honestly didn’t think this sort of customer service (and just being a sincerely beautiful human) existed in retail anymore. The lovely Steph designed and made my bridesmaids dresses for my wedding back in Janaury, as well as my mums dress. The whole couture experience was so much fun and Steph was so lovely to work with. You can tell she cares so much and was constantly letting us come in for appointments to alter things until we were all happy and the dresses were perfect. I loved seeing my sisters and mum look so beautiful in their Steph Audino Couture gowns on my wedding day. 10/10 recommend her to everyone wanting an extra special gown x
