I purchased my Wedding gown last November 2025 from Penrith Bridal Centre for our renewal of vows on 13 years of marriage. With the amazing guidance from Willow, I was able to say yes to my wedding gown instantly. The gown itself is truly a magnificent piece of art, especially the lace work. Laleh, who custom made my sleeves, did the most incredible job — hand embroidering and beading them to perfectly match my dress. The attention to detail was breathtaking. My daughter Daniella had originally found a dress at another store that she loved, but it was well over her budget — and unfortunately, the sales assistant there had the personality of a wet mop, which really took the shine off the experience. Thankfully, while searching online, I came across a dress at Penrith Bridal and knew instantly it was exactly her style. I called the store and spoke with Janet, who was so bubbly, warm and genuinely helpful. She reassured me the dress was available and booked us in straight away. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed and comfortable.
