I was a bit unsure of what to expect when I came to try on wedding dresses but the staff naff me feel so at ease and comfortable with the whole process. They were honest but not brutal and respected my thoughts, but also helped me with options I would not have considered. I ended up falling in love with the dress I bought, which was also an amazing price. If I had seen it online I would have not have chosen it but having it on was a special moment. I was so happy with my dress and with the help I received, I ended up also getting my bridegroom dresses here too! Thank you to the amazing service!

I couldn’t give any higher stars than 5 and thank you so much for helping me choose my dress. Everyone is so kind and helpful and it’s kinda ease my mind from the stress in choosing my dress being a plus size girl myself. We got a little mishap on the delivery but the staffs helped me to get the dress on time so I can do some alterations. Thank you Jeannette and team for being so amazing and helpful throughout the fitting. So definitely recommend you to try this store if you’re looking for plus size formal dresses

Had the best experience was a little nervous that I wouldn't find the right dress with so little time. So I flew from Harvey Bay Qld due to only one shop here. To find my perfect dress. Jeanette & her team was amazing although she was there by herself she was running back n forth between me & another customer. She made me feel at ease. Which made finding my dress alot easier. Yes I'm pretty sure she knows its a stressful time for all us brides & Jeanette & her team tries her best to work with us in helping us to find our perfect dress. Thank you so much for making my big day come to life with my perfect dress xoxo

I cannot praise the team enough - in particular, Jeanette - who always greeted us with the warmest welcome, and went over and above to help us bring our vision to life! We got a range of gorgeous dresses for our Groomsmaids, as well as our suits from Jeanette, and all of them were perfect in every way! Jeanette also came to the rescue when I needed a last minute brooch for my Mum! Amazing! Highly recommended and will be looking for any excuse to go back again! Thank you Jeanette!

I’d have to say this is pretty awful . I paid $750 on my dress No one called me to say they’ve moved all the dresses to the city trying to chase up a refund of what I’ve paid. I’ve now dropped four dress sizes not happy at all.

Really disappointed made an appointment to get me and my groomsmen fitted for suites we wanted to hire but were open to buy, was told my colour wasn’t in season/fashion and where is the bride as they wanted to talk to her and not me. Way to make me feel like it’s just my partners wedding and not mine also.

Booked an appointment for bridesmaids to try on dresses, arrived with one lady who didn’t ask who was the bride or what we were looking for. Was told to pick dresses off the rack and try them on, I the bride was doing the zips of the girls dresses up. I was disheartened as there was minimal selections of dresses in terms of styles, sizing, fabric and colours. The sales women seemed uninterested didn’t offer advice. My bridesmaids and I left the appointment feeling disappointed.
