Luv Bridal & Formal Parramatta

I went to Luv Bridal on Harbourtown Gold Coast and it was my first ever Bridal appointment and I couldn’t believe I fell so in love with a dress so quickly on my first go! Darlene was my consultant and she was so helpful and amazing, she knew exactly what I was after and rationalized why certain gowns complimented me better than the others. I was originally not sure if I wanted a full ivory or mocha/ivory dress but once she let me try both I could clearly see the difference which really helped a hard decision. We tried a few different silhouettes and with the few that I didn’t choose from I felt like she knew that it wasn’t the dress for me. She knew exactly which gown was the one as soon as I walked out smiling from ear to ear, she was very in touch with my emotions on that day and I was very grateful for that. She was so knowledgeable of the styles and what looked best on me and she made me feel perfect in the gown. Plus all the gowns are so gorgeous, I could’ve tried them on all day! I’m absolutely so happy with my experience and highly recommend going to this store and asking for her!

My first appointment with Michelle was amazing — she made me, my mum and sister feel so welcome & comfortable. I picked a few dresses to try on, and Michelle asked me a few questions about my style and the big day, so she could bring out a "wildcard" dress! It has now been 4-5 months later, and today I bought the wildcard dress [thanks Michelle!] after speaking with Nadi about the alterations I was interested in making to the dress. Catherine was so lovely at my bridal retry appointment, making sure I had all of my questions answered. I felt SO good and SO sure of the dress, and after a few less-than-ideal experiences at other bridal stores in Sydney, I couldn’t fault Luv Bridal and their team! The staff are very caring and happy to give you helpful and personalised feedback as you’re trying on multiple dresses or choosing the one! Both Michelle & Catherine were fantastic at that. I couldn’t be happier, and am so incredibly excited to wear this beauty on my big day in a few months!!

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Bree for my appointment on 4/12/21. I honestly cannot express in enough words how happy I was with her service. She was kind, patient, offered her expertise at all the right times, and most importantly - she listened to me. After having such an awful experience at previous bridal stores, not only did I have an incredible time with my bridesmaids - I found my dream dress! Fantastic experience at this store today! Tiffany and Sharon truly are professionals. They were very knowledgeable about the different styles available and tailoring methods. But most importantly, they made me feel beautiful in the gown I chose. My family overseas couldn’t be with me today, but I was able to video call them for the full duration of the appointment and it went smoothly. The team is very accommodating during these unusual times. I’m overjoyed with the experience and my dress. Walked out with a dress off the rack today and couldn’t be happier.

My experience at Luv Bridal was exceptional! Amber was super friendly and incredibly attentive, taking time to get to know us and getting an idea of what I was looking for. She listened to all the tiny details about what I liked or didn’t like for each of the dresses I tried and her wildcard suggestion was the perfect dress for me! The shop is beautiful and has a great selection of dresses in all the silhouettes and styles you could want. Their sample sizes were much more inclusive than other stores I’ve been to. We never felt rushed or pressured at all and the experience was better than you could hope for when shopping for ‘the dress’. So much appreciation for Amber and the rest of the lovely staff at Luv Bridal for helping me say yes to the dress!

The girls here at Luv Bridal Crows Nest were great. I felt super comfortable with choosing my dress! There was no pressure in making the decision - which I loved. I said yes to the dress within 30mins! The girls were all super friendly from the beginning and all throughout the time of my fitting. Special shout-out to Phoebe & Leona!

amazing experience, they were so accommodating of my requirements, really nice and helped me pick my fairytale dress. being a slightly bigger size i thought i would really struggle with trying on dresses however the girls from Luv Bridal made it so easy and stress free. would 100% recommend for any bride to look here for their perfect dress
