Mariana & the Rachel Gilbert team went above and beyond to help me choose my wedding dress - the Clairo gown - for my wedding in Italy. I couldn’t be happier with the dress. It was timeless and stylish and fit so well. Mariana and the team's assistance and help during my first appointment where I actually purchased the dress was an seamless experience and all the communication for pick up was such an easy process. I was elated that I found ‘the one’ - am so grateful for the experience! Experience and dress purchased in June 2024.

I had the absolute best experience with Ace at Rachel Gilbert. From the moment I arrived, she made the whole appointment feel so special, relaxed and genuinely fun. She really listened to what I was looking for, pulled beautiful options and made me feel completely comfortable and confident trying everything on. I’m still deciding between the three dresses I tried (which honestly says everything!), but I couldn’t recommend Ace and the Rachel Gilbert team more. As the mother of the groom, it was such a special occasion for me, and I was a little nervous at first. Marlene made me feel completely at ease with her friendly and caring approach. She was so helpful and never pushy. The customer service was truly five-star! With Marlene’s help I feel confident that the Gale dress Was the right decision.

Marlene at Paddington was so helpful. I purchased a dress that needed alteration due to a zipper fault. I needed the dress by next Sunday and she was able to have this sorted within 1 business day and have it shipped to my home address. She is truly a gem and an amazing asset to the Rachel Gilbert team.
