Avoid this store. Zero customer service and deceptive advertising. If you purchase in the wrong size you are stuck with the item….or worse with store credit….they will not respond to emails or a telephone call to speak to Manager. This store insists returning an online item that doesn’t fit constitutes change of mind…..I don’t know of any reputable clothing stores in 2025 that have that approach. Don’t shop here you will be disappointed.
BUYER BEWARE - DECEPTIVE RETAILER. Don’t purchase online from this store. This clothing store insists that purchasing the incorrect size constitutes a " change of mind return". They don’t refund under any circumstances but this not clear on their website. Given this a a regional store I’m sure most traffic is online and wrong sizing is a common occurrence. The best they will offer you is a "store credit" so quite deceptive. They would not reply to my emails or a request to speak to the manager…..oh and they delivered my $1200 evening dress carelessly shoved inside a small express post bag. Horrible experience all round - if you shop here you will be disappointed.

I drove from Bathurst on the off chance I would find a dress for a ball I have coming up. Jo was just so welcoming and helpful and I walked out with my perfect dress. I highly recommend Danielle Louise, the service was wonderful.
The lady at the orange shop, would leave us to think about dresses and was pressuring me to keep trying on dresses after I said I was done. She also made me put on dresses even after I told her they would fit and made me feel horrible because they didn't fit.
