I want to thank Tom, who we had the absolute pleasure of assisting us to help my daughter find a formal dress. Even though they accidentally over booked, there was no skimming on customer service. He was attentive, helpful, and just radiated light and positivity. This was our first formal shopping experience ever, and I can honestly say from the other places we visit through the day no one matched Tom. The customer service alone is really what will be bringing us back, the experience trying on a dress has persuaded my daughter to select a dress from here that she loves, more so from another store that she also had a dress in mind from. I am positive that all the staff are amazing here but was so pleased with how we were treated and the overall experience for my daughter. Thank you!

I cannot speak highly enough of The Wardrobe (now in North Lakes, previously in Bald Hills) and the incredible owner, Kayla. From the very first consultation for my daughter’s formal dress, every session was warm, supportive and genuinely enjoyable. When the first made-to-order dress arrived and wasn’t what we expected, Kayla went so far above and beyond it felt like we’d stumbled upon a real-life fairy godmother. She worked tirelessly to make sure my daughter ended up with a dress that was not just beautiful, but absolutely perfect for her formal. The care, professionalism and compassion we experienced were next level. If you’re looking for someone who truly listens, cares and will do everything possible to make your moment special, I couldn’t recommend The Wardrobe and Kayla more highly. Absolute magic

Picking up our daughters dress for her year 12 formal was pleasant, staff were friendly. Unfortunately upon inspection of the dress, it had a stain and was clearly not dry cleaned. Lucky for us we found a place that could try fix the issue in such short notice. The price of the dry cleaning was refunded, however I honestly feel there should of been a further discount provided for the inconvenience. If we didn't come across this particular dry cleaning that could help on such short notice, it would of been complete disaster. If a discount is actually offered I'll happily add to this review..

The team at Wardrobe were amazing! I can not fault their professional and personalised service. You do need to book an appointment which is perfect as it means you get one on one service to help with choosing your perfect dress. We were able to choose a beautiful gown to be made to my daughter's measurements. We were also able to choose any changes (colour and style). The dress was ready for collection in record time at a fantastic price. I highly recommend and will be going back next time.

I cannot begin to explain how incredible the team, in particular Ella have been. To cut a very long story short, we walked in 3 days before my daughter’s formal in desperate need of a dress. Ella went above and beyond to help us, helped Willow into countless dresses, organised for new stock to be brought to the store the next day - just to ensure Willow didn’t settle on a dress she wasn’t 100% happy with. Thank you, so, so much - you are one in a million!!
