Went to the store today to help my partner shop for some business attire, and was assisted by a guy named Jackson. He firstly greeted us very respectfully and nice, and then asked if we needed help looking for anything in particular. After my partner found some clothes to try on, Jackson assisted him into the change room and let us know that if we needed any help with sizes or styles, he would be able to help. Once we got to the register, Jackson was very polite when serving us and we ended up walking out with a full bag and happy smiles on our faces. It’s always great to have nice workers who are happy to assist anyone!!

I came in this afternoon ready to spend $$$ to buy a nice jacket and maybe shirt. Only 1 sales person on who was helpful but got a phone call and spent ages on the phone and completely left me. After about 10 mins I left. They lost a sale due to very average customer service. Deal with customers in the store before being concerned about phone calls. Your loss Tarocash
