Thanks for being closed when you are meant to be open and after arranging a Saturday morning pick up.no one is here. Contact number doesn’t work. Waiting two hours hoping you will open as I need item as arranged today. seeing lots of customers walking away with items.

Took a pair of near new Superdry shorts in today as the slide on my zipper broke off. Could have returned and refunded to the store i bought them from, but I wanted to see if these could be repaired as the colour is no longer available. The gentleman who served me was very polite and repaired my shorts within 1 hour. Reasonable price considering it was late in the afternoon. Thank you very much 😊

Would not recommend this business. Waited over 3 weeks for new jeans to be hemmed when paid for them to be done in 3 days. Each time I went to collect "not done yet"Finally got jeans back after demanding they return them and refund my payment "I’ll do them now, 1hour you come back" Hem had been cut off and then re-sewn onto jeans creating baulky seam where there shouldn’t be one, incorrect length and ruined jeans. Only allocated 1 star as unable to post without,

Went here recently, just horrible service. Lady argued with me saying that I paid to little and forced me to pay more. Also the shirts I got tailored weren’t even the what I asked for. Still baggy all around the arms and back. Took them a week to do it and when I arrived on the due date I was made aware they haven’t even started doing it. Truely one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

first time customer. I had a small rip on the seam on my work trousers in the worst position (the butt!). Brought them in, they fixed it in less than five minutes. I was expecting to leave it for a few days, but this was a nice surprise. Thanks ☺️

Be careful if you need any alterations during formal season. Even if you give them your clothes 5 weeks prior they will push you to the last day possible I turned up 3 times and they haven’t even started my job until 3 days before my event.

Really happy. Two dresses needed extra darts and straps shortened, they fit perfectly and done very professionally. Bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for .
