Robyn makes the experience top tier. Every time I’ve been served by her she brings a genuine and comforting experience. She is honest about how items fit and if colours suit and always has a smile on her face. She makes the experience constructive and tailored to suit each person and remembers details I’ve mentioned in passing like a style or colour I like, and will let me know when there’s stock or new collections coming in that match what I’ve said in the past (even if it was a passing comment as to why I wasn’t a fan of a previous style). My absolute favourite store because of her.

Amazing customer service by Leigh. I’ve been back 3 times in couple of weeks and each time treated like a valued person/customer. No question off limits. Very helpful and knowledgeable on all items in the store. I can honestly say if not for Leigh I would not have purchased ‘other’ items. Thanks again Leigh just made me feel comfortable.

Had a wonderful experience shopping today at honey b nortlakes . Char and Jade were very knowable and catered to my every need . I’ll def be back again soon . If only all my shopping was as enjoyable .

Customer service was exceptional! Went there with a friend so we could each find a cute set, and Skye went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience and felt super welcome!! She handled a busy rush super exceptionally all the while making my friend and I feel very well looked after, and we both left very happy with some well-fitting, beautiful sets ❤️🫶

My bridal party and I tried the "book the store" experience, so they closed the store and had just us in there for an hour for us to try on anything we wanted. It was an amazing experience and the ladies working were so helpful and made us feel very good about ourselves! I went home with my dream bridal lingerie set, and everyone left with a big confidence boost! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

A huge thank you to Charmaine! I have seen her in store a couple of times now and she has never failed to make me feel confident and find a style that suits me. Nothing is too much & you can tell she loves what she does. After a rough couple of weeks I feel human again. Would highly recommend seeing Charmaine!
