I went in looking for a jumper for my boyfriend and I but his size wasn’t in stock but the man that helped me was super helpful and so nice I wish I had gotten his name but I didn’t and I regret it cause he is definitely a great benefit to the store.

The 2 staff members that were on last night at North Lakes (Thurs 11th April) were super helpful and very polite, wish was refreshing to see. They both were more than happy to help and also provided some great suggestions with outfit choices. I will definitely be back.

One very helpful assistant the other two I first approached male and a female weren't at all interested in assisting me. They were too busy in their own conversation. I was looking for clothes for 9 year old twin boys the first two assistants standing together talking simply said 'no they don't have that size'. I was about to leave the store when another female assistant overheard the conversation and said we may be able to help you with the sizing you are looking for. I rated 4☆ because of that one very helpful assistant. She deserved 4 ☆

Went in looking for weeding suits and had a super helpful guy look after us. He did all he could to keep costs down and went above and beyond to look after us. We haven't bought the suits yet, however quality was awesome and felt awesome. Was just so stoked with their willingness to get a good deal happening even through their prices are really competitive anyway. Stoked!

I came in needing a suit for my wedding at very short notice. Sara and Liam went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible and to make sure everything was ready on time. They helped me pick out an awesome suit and they had it altered to perfection in less than 24 hours, and the price was really good. I will never look elsewhere when I need to buy a suit as it was actually a really pleasant experience.

I went into Hallenstien Brothers just to have a look and got a lovely shirt for my husband. The lad that served me was so helpful and friendly. Really good customer service.
