Lisa, you were a breath of fresh air, I felt seen and respected and down right gorgeous in the denim set I tried on today! Will be back to get that top and maybe that gorgeous floral dress because wow.. with service like that, you’ve got a customer for life, thank you so much!!!!

I can not thank Tarn enough for her gentle, kind demeanour in my recent trip to City Chic Northlakes. As a first time mum of a three month old, I broke down crying to her while trying to find a swimsuit that would make me feel comfortable. I was met with a warm and understanding woman who encouraged me to take a breath, reminded me how good I was doing and congratulated me on getting out of the house. Tarn, you made a bigger impact than I think you know.

Best customer service we've ever had at City chic. Took my mum (and dad) in to get mum some new bras while late night shopping. Nikki made us all feel welcome, she called other stores to check stock for us as she found the perfect fit for mum. We went with a racer back as mum has shoulder issues. We had a great time in store, and even a few laughs. It's nice to have an experience like this because we've supported City chic from the start. We went off it a year or so ago because the style had changed, too fancy for us. Nikki went above and beyond for us and she has definately made us want to come back! Thank you lovely.

I shopped at your Northlakes store yesterday, the customer service was exceptional and the ladies were lovely, it's so nice to go into a shop and feel welcome, I'll definately will be shopping there again.

All I can say is wow, I have just been into city chic here at North lakes for the first time as I'm a breastfeeding mother who's body shape has changed. The ladies at this store are absolutely wonderful, they are super friendly, efficiant and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. They helped me tremendously and gave me so many suggestions. Even my 14 month old daughter had a ball watching mummy try on clothes. I will 150% be going back and highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone I know. I feel so much happier now and it's thanks to them.
