Oh my goodness, where do I START?! Maevana is so incredibly TALENTED, passionate and hardworking. From the very beginning Mae listened to me change my mind (around a thousand times) whilst always encouraging and supporting me as we worked together to create the most PERFECT wedding dress. From Pintrest boards, to Mae's gorgeous hand drawn sketchbooks, late night fittings and many many Instagram DM's, Mae created for me the most magical garment that's ever existed. My entire experience with Maevana STILL brings tears to my eyes - what a beautiful process it was working with you Mae - I'll treasure it and you forever. I don't think I'd ever be able to thank you enough!

Mae is one of the most genuine and kindest souls I've ever met. She created the most lux custom silk jumpsuit for my wedding reception which fitted my body shape perfectly and somehow made me look slimmer!! I really appreciated her honesty and help along the way, letting me know what would be the best fabrication and design. Even better I got to wear it a few months after on honeymoon too 🙂

I feel so lucky to have had my beautiful wedding dress custom made by Mae at Maevana Bridal. Mae made my wedding dress for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier with how it turned out! It was so beautiful and so much fun to wear. When I went to Mae, I had just come back from a year overseas with about 3 months until my wedding date - and no dress! Mae was an absolute delight to work with, taking all stress out of the tight time frame. Mae patiently worked with me, putting ideas to me about shape, fabric etc until I feel in love with an option. Mae's recommendations about what would suit me were spot on and I ended up with dress that made me feel 100%. Because budget was an issue, she also worked with me on options to help keep the cost down as much as possible. At the fittings, I was so confident it would turn out well because it was obvious Mae was so skilled and knew exactly what she was doing. All this plus her passion and warm personality made the whole process a breeze!

Mae made my absolutely beautiful wedding dress for my wedding last week. Her attention to detail, careful, meticulous and skilled design work and creative ideas meant my dress was more perfect and more "me" than I could have ever dreamed. All of my fittings were just Mae and I, and her enthusiasm made all of our fittings really fun and relaxed, and a part of the wedding planning process that I enjoyed and looked forward to! Mae specialises in gowns that are perfectly tailored to each individual bride, and seeing some of the other dresses she was working on made me realise how diverse her style and talent is. I will absolutely be recommending Maevana Bridal to friends looking to get their perfect wedding dress.

I visited Maevana with my mum's very 80s wedding gown and only the vaguest idea of what I wanted and Maevana created the most beautiful gown for my wedding day. Mae was super patient with me while I had no clue about anything wedding dress related. She made plenty of suggestions without being at all pushy, she listened to all of my ideas/thoughts of what I wanted and what parts of my mums dress I wanted to keep, she was realistic and open with me about what she though would work and look good and answered all six million of my questions at every fitting. Also, she was very sensitive to me and (more importantly) my mum, when it came time to cut up her dress. If it sounds like I'm gushing, I am. The entire process with Mae from first design to picking up the amazing final product was enjoyable, stress free and easily my favourite part of the entire wedding planning process. I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough.
