Prouds the Jewellers Mt Druitt

My partner and I went into the mount Druitt store today shopping for our wedding rings. The 3 staff we standing behind the counter having a good old gasbag the entire time. No acknowledgment of us being in store what so ever. We looked at the male rings then walked through to the back (near where they were all standing) and I had a quick look at the womens before deciding they didnt even care to glance at us let alone ask if we needed help. We walked out because they obviously didnt care to sell us our wedding rings. Wouldn't recomend this store

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Erin @ first. She was helpful & patient with my choices. I then returned days later, to purchase the item & was assisted by Belinda & she also was very helpful & not pushy. Both friendly & helpful, didn’t push the more expensive item either. Love my purchase.

Terrible customer service. No acknowledgment, no I’ll be with you soon. Walked right past me, when I was clearly waiting to be served patiently. Served other customers who came in afterwards. I walked right out. Lost a customer who was ready to make a purchase.

Worst customer service ever experienced. What's the basic thing in hospitality, when you see people coming you greet them if not at least smile right? today i went in to exchange the watch i bought from The Prouds city center. The girls there was standing there with absolutely no smile nor a greet, they made us feel like we are asking them to change it for free when we actually paid extra to change. she made us feel very uncomfortable asking for to look another style. She was literally angry and it showed on her face so much so that i could not just ignore. She should probably change her job if she even cant greet or smile to a customer, And when we were paying the bill there was another couple just walked in and nobody went to serve them until maybe a manger i believe asked her to serve the customer. OMG how can anyone work in hospitality and have no courtesy at all? Also just to add up i went to check some chains for my mom last month, i walked in and there was literally no one to serve me, they were all doing there own stuff. I just thought maybe they are just busy so i just walked out but its the same thing happened today so they probably do this often. 😢

Horrible service - bought an item, less than two weeks old and it broke - told tough luck & to pay to get it fixed - absolutely ridiculous

I went in to buy a christening gift the young lady working was very polite and understanding of what I wanted I will definitely be back
