We had quite a few things to get rid of and went into the store to be greeted by a young man name Montana, he was so obliging came out to our car to see what they would be interested to buy he carried the stuff in, went through the process of itemising each item and we were very happy with what he offered for our goods. He made us feel quite welcome and had a genuine interest in what we were chatting about, he was very knowledgeable and with a lovely personality with no pressure for us to sell, he offered advise and suggestions of what we could do with some of the other items. We had such a great experience that we will definitely be back to bring more items to sell and deal with him. Montana is a very valued asset to your store and represents your company well, as was another lovely lady Katherine with such a beautiful smile who was a delight to deal with as well as she was chatting to my wife while I was being attended by Montana.

Discounts advertised online, but completely undone by shipping. I added 15 Xbox 360 games to my cart, total was $32. Shipping came to $69. That’s more than double the item cost and totally unreasonable. If shipping is going to be that extreme, it should be clearly disclosed upfront. Feels like a bait-and-switch and I won’t be ordering from here.

There is nothing wrong with this store. They do good business, and there are many stores in Sydney. When I want to buy something here , I will wait for them to go on sale. It's a couple of times a year. Some items just over price charge it much higher than if you bought brand new

Due to my work being close i always stop by and have a look. Always have a great range of stuff and ill always leave with something interesting. Prices are good. Staff are fantastic. I will happily mention the name of brett who i had the pleasure of being served by when i visited today. Very friendly.
