THIS BUSINESS IS CLOSED. DO NOT MAKE A BOOKING THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR FB PAGE. Their website and Facebook page is still active. I made a booking and drove an hour to get there to find the store closed and the windows smashed with bricks, glass all over the floor of the shop. Phoned the mobile number and no answer. Sent an fb message to get a response saying they only open on Sundays for clearance buys. I was told by another store that they sold the business over a year ago. If you aren’t trading anymore then please close down your website and be transparent about it.
A&A Couture is an amazing shop with heaps of choices!! We were welcomed and served by the staffs here for my daughter's ball. It was the most wonderful experience. The environment was super friendly and not pushy at all. Thank you for helping us fine the perfect dress! I already recommend lot of my friends to you guys.
We had a wonderful customer service at A&A Couture yesterday for my daughter ball. Even they was the first shop we stopped by and my daughter just said YES to her ball dress. Thank you the Asian lady who helped us on that day ( sorry I couldn’t remember her name), for your honest advice and thoughtful opinion to help us decided the right dress. Will send you photos soon.
After shopping around for about 4-5 hours travelling around. We bought my daughter's ball gown from here. Excellent customer service, we liked that some of the dress designs were different to the other stores. We will add a photo from her ball on or after 31st January.
I called to book an apt, no answer, I then get a txt message straight away asking " what can I help you please", I replied that I need to book an apt and if there's any issue why we can't speak on phone, txt message back saying I can book an apt through their FB. Well it's obviously not a very professional way of doing your business and there's no way I want to do business with you.
The lovely girl Jenny let us try on numerous dresses and helped with each one! There is such a wide range of dresses to choose from and all absolutely gorgeous. Would 100% recommend for ball dresses or special occasions.
Not open. According to their web page they are open. They don’t answer their phone either… when calling it seems like phone has been disconnected…weird.
