Luv Bridal | Moonee Ponds Melbourne

I walked into Luv Bridal a few months ago to see if I could find a dress off the rack for my upcoming elopement. I had previously been to a different wedding dress shop but I wasn’t happy with their service. I searched for shops in the area and I found Luv Bridal. I thought I’d try my luck and did a walk in. I was met by Remy. Her client never showed up which was lucky for me as she was able to assist me. She helped me try on several dresses and was very respectful of my budget. We kept our elopement a secret for all friends and family which meant I had to go dress shopping by myself. Remy made me feel so comfortable and it made me feel like I had a friend with me, I was so lucky! I haven’t been able to write a review until now as I didn’t want to risk any friends seeing it prior to the wedding. I highly recommend Luv Bridal and Remy! She was so kind, respectful of my budget, wasn’t pushy and listened to my wishes. Thank you for your amazing service 🙂

Dulmi was assigned to me for my consultation. I completely forgot to bring any inspo or even prepared a Pinterest board for reference. However, I do know the style I was going for. The design brief I gave to Dulmi was that I wanted a goth vibe and I do want a black dress. Dulmi got to work and gave me options that were really awesome. I didn't make my decision till after I got to try on samples in black, which they brought to the Moonee Ponds store. In the end, I decided on the Behati in black with almond underlay. It was just so beautiful! The silhouette is perfect for my body type and is just what I envisioned. Thank you so much Dulmi! I promised pictures and I hope you love it just as much as I did!

I wish that there was an option to give Luv Bridal in Moonee Ponds a 6 out of 5 stars!! My consultant Lyrdhan made the whole experience fun, comfortable and relaxed. It honestly felt just like I was hanging out with a friend, and she made all the guests I brought along feel special and comfortable too. It meant so much to me to find the perfect dress, but to also have my experience with dress shopping here being so positive. I was encouraged to take my time to think about the dress to make sure it was the one for me, which I think is a reflection of the quality and standard of Luv Bridal. This was totally different from other places I visited for dress shopping where I left feeling pressured and less excited about the dress due to the overall experience. I will be recommending Luv Bridal to anyone dress shopping for their wedding, and feel confident that they would enjoy the experience just as much as I did! I had the most beautiful experience at Luv Bridal Moonee Ponds. Maria helped me choose the perfect wedding dress and she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was so helpful, patient, and genuinely listened to what I wanted, which made me feel completely at ease. The store itself has so many stunning dress options, it was hard to choose because everything was so beautiful! Overall, the experience was truly special, with excellent customer service from Maria and all of the staff. I couldn’t recommend Luv Bridal Moonee Ponds enough.

I wanted to share my very first wedding dress shopping adventure here at Luv Bridal. A lot of my friends had actually purchased their wedding dresses from here so I was excited and nervous with this appointment! I had Dulmi as my stylist and she made sure I was relaxed throughout the entire appointment. Although I didn't end up buying my special dress here, I did want to share my experience. Dulmi was extremely patient, and attentive to everything I had to say. Based on everything I shared with her she was able to give me really good advice about which silhouette to try more of. It was through this experience that I felt confident with the type of dress I wanted so thank you Dulmi for your expertise and guidance !

I walked into Luv Bridal and was greeted by the incredibly warm and welcoming Maria. From the very beginning, the experience was both relaxing and exciting. Maria truly made the day special for me and my guests. She provided thoughtful guidance every step of the way—from explaining the dresses and how the try-on process would work, to really listening to what I liked and didn’t like. Based on that, she perfectly suggested the next dresses to try from the selections we had made. The entire experience was one to remember, right up to the moment I said yes to the dress. Hayley. 😀

Wow! Where to begin. Maria from the Mooney Ponds boutique was absolutely phenomenal. It was my first boutique fitting and she made me feel so special from the moment I walked in, and helped me pick out pieces that she thought would work well with the style I was after. She is very well knowledgeable and I left feeling so happy and grateful to have had such a positive experience! Even my guests said you were amazing. Thank you so much Maria, you are so kind and down to earth, I was lucky to have you look after me today!
