100% recommend Brides of Sydney Miranda! Huge thank you to Lucianna as well as Danielle for looking after me and my family. We had the best experience and most amazing time! BOS Miranda was the first salon I walked into with in December 2022 and Lucianna was beyond helpful on our first appointment. I fell in love with a dress but being the first salon I thought I wanted and needed to see more before committing. The service, advice and care I received from Lucianna and Danielle were incomparable! I felt like a princess, nothing was a problem and I got great advice and recommendations for accessories. At no point I was pressured into anything. I was very confident to say YES to my dress in January 2023! I cannot wait for the day my dress arrives. Thank you again for your care ladies xx

This place is amazing! I had been to a few other bridal stores with not much luck so decided to try this place... so glad I did! After trying 20 gowns and narrowing it down to two, the ladies helped me make the final decision and so I found my dream gown! Professional and friendly service. I should have visited Brides of Sydney Miranda first and not worry about going anywhere else. They have a great selection of gowns for all styles. Highly recommend this place for your special day!

The ladies here are truly wonderful and amazing. Every single one of them have the best customer service skills and all of them go above and beyond. Words cannot express how supportive and understanding they are. They are able to handle tricky family situations like mine, they are not pushy at all. I visited another bridal store in Crows Nest and they were pushy, rude and I was told I should buy a dress by the second visit. Brides of Sydney did not have this rule and instead they did not mind multiple visits. They gave me tips and tricks, recommended an alterations place, a dry cleaners place, sent a sample of the bridesmaid dress to Ferrari wear to ensure the men's handkerchefs were matching. I am so happy I ended up buying both my dress and bridesmaid dresses here. The ladies here deserve all the praise and more. Thank you so much for all your help - especially Danielle who made me feel at ease in my first fitting when I was so body conscious and anxious. You all truly made the experience magical. Highly recommend this place, you cannot go wrong!

I had the most amazing experience at Brides of Sydney Miranda! Karolina was very helpful from booking the appointment to the dress fitting and then to choosing the dress! She made my guests and I feel so welcome and gave me some great tips on how to style a dress. She made me feel like a beautiful bride and really knows what she is doing. The dress that I ended up choosing was her suggestion! Thank you so much Karolina and Brides of Sydney Miranda - I had an amazing experience here!

Buying my wedding dress from Brides of Sydney was a great experience. They had a wide range of dresses and accessories - although I ended up buying the first dress I tried on! I visited both their Miranda and City stores as my dress was part of a trunk show, and at both the staff were kind, patient and most importantly never pushy. I really appreciated being able to take photos of dresses to allow me to think about them after I left the store. Their recommendation for alterations (one of their staff) was also spot-on. I have happily recommended Brides of Sydney to others looking for their wedding dress.

She was patient, incredibly helpful and assisted me in every way possible. The customer service was the best I had received from any of the Bridal Shops I had visited at that point. It was an incredibly hard to decision to make, and while I did not purchase my dress from Brides of Sydney, Danielle was a stand out. She is a valuable asset to your business.
