The staff are so helpful, there was a huge selection. My daughter loved a dress but it wasn’t in her size or the colour she wanted but Jo the owner said she could get it in for her in her size and the other colour option. The dress was ordered and came in a week later. Such amazing customer service I honestly can’t recommend them enough. My daughter left finding her school ball dress until the very last minute — as in, the day before and even the morning of her ball! Jo was incredibly accommodating, fitting us in between her hair and makeup appointments so she could choose her dress. After spending $150 on red acrylic nails, my daughter was set on wearing a red gown. I thought this might limit her options, but Jo had so many stunning red dresses that we were honestly spoiled for choice. She finally chose a breathtaking strapless, sparkly red corseted gown that fit her perfectly and made her feel like a princess.
