I visited their store today, and I have to say that they are the best designer store in all of Sydney hands down. Have had so many custom outfits made from here, and they never disappoint. Customer service is always very attentive, budget friendly, and you can show your vision and they bring it to life. Love it here! Also, all the negative reviews seem to be trolls or competitors trying to destroy their business, just come into their store yourself, their dedication to customers can be seen through their work.

Abhishekh and his wife are incredibly talented and nice, When I asked for a Pink lenga with flowers they gave exactly what I wanted. Love the place I highly recommend coming here. Perfect place to shop. My mum bought me an outfit from here, it was amazing. Thank you to the spectacular owners, they always put customer service before anything. Their top priority is you! These nasty reviews probably just did something which was stupid and made their PERSONAL experience horrible. I recommend this boutique to anybody looking for top tier bridal and semi-bridal outfits. WORST customer service EVER. UNPROFESSIONAL, DECEITFUL, RUDE, and they don't know how to run a business. Deserves less than 0/5. Their store should be shut down, and they need to be actioned. One of the owners was on the phone the entire time gossiping rather than attending to me, had no interest in providing me any service. Told me to use a change room which was half open because of a pile of clothes at the bottom and hanging on the door, how digusting! Then she tried to deceive me, & tried selling a suit that was too small in size which didn't even have proper bag/packaging to come with it. The only thing they care about is money. When there was an issue with their service/product, the way the owner and his wife handled it was REVOLTING. They didn't accept that it was their fault, and tried to turn the tables on me, and were very rude. Clearly both of them have NO education level.

The owner made us look stupid while trying to buy our wedding attire. They literally judge you based on your budget and make you very uncomfortable by passing rude comments. Try to sell $1500 cloth and when we said that there was dirt on the cloth, he says "oh you can just dry clean it". Really? I understand that I am not the first person facing this issue. Their own next door boutique looking store is another scam to loot more money for their cheap clothes. They try to rush you into buying something that you don't even like. Just money minded people running the business. If you are someone who are after a good customer service and good quality clothes, just avoid the place if possible. I guess people just buy stuff from them just because they feel ashamed by being judged! Seriously! Felt so bad just by being there.
