I visited this store on 15/1/2026 after having a dreadful experience with a Mornington bra shop and i walked out almost in tears. As i was in Lilydale for an appiintment AND i used to shop here in my 20's & 30's, i thought i'd pop in. Wow, these lovely ladies were just brilliant. Not only did they fit me perfectly, they found me some gorgeous items i purchased. Bra shopping for me is one of the worst things i have to do in life because of my size etc BUT you lovely ladies made my experience so great. You will be seeing me again and YES, i want 1 in every colour please lol. You ladies are the best, thank you soooo much for treating myself and every other customer in on that busy day with respect and great customer service.
So knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! I had such a lovely experience here being fitted post-breastfeeding after a few terrible experiences at a chain store. La Donna has a great range of styles and sizes and the service is unbeatable!!
