These 3 colours were advertised a month ago HALF PRICE new colour for him/her for CHRISTMAS but NO store had them in stock. Called head office made a complaint was told id hear back and as per normal never did cause once again customer was right and they had no come back this is why I will NEVER shop AGAIN at the worst department store ever Big W u suck people keep shopping at Kmart better service, better communication and actually HAVE stock they advertise!!!!!!
The staff are lovely. If only they didn't dump the hot wheels in the buckets and hung them. it's a major problem✌️the racks are empty but the box is full, I'm happy to do it. Bless the team, they're doing they're best.

Fairly large store with a wide range of products from clothing including tradesman boots and hi vis vests Shirts etc and electronics. Worth a visit if you're in the area. For women men and children's clothing, it's all available.
It's Big W. It has exactly what you'd expect for an outer suburban store. Heaps more variety than the city versions and unlike city stores, size 8 women's is easy to find. Lacking in staff, but that's not unusual anymore. It was what I expected.
1 item scanned higher than shelf. Staff just said that was price. I went back took photo. Another staff walked into me no apologie. Quite rude staff
