Timeless Elegance Bridal and Formal Wear

The selection of dresses at Timeless Elegance is broad and covers so many different style preferences and budgets. They are the only stockist of Purple Fox (my favourite designer, highly recommend!) in Tasmania. The shop is clean, inviting and well laid out. I was the only one trying dresses on at the time which made it feel intimate and private. My appointment went smoothly, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable and when trying on dresses Louise was kind but honest (which is what I really appreciated the most). She is amazing, her experience and professionalism is impeccable. I also really appreciate how she explained how she would alter the dress to suit my body, using pins instead of clamps. It made the world of difference as everything sat where it should have giving me a much better picture of what to expect on my wedding day. Can not recommend Timeless Elegance enough!

I had an amazing experience at Timeless Elegance bridal and formal wear for my bridal gown!! I had in mind a style that I wanted (tried them all on and wasn’t what I wanted) Louise then suggested one that I wasn’t sure about and my smile said it all "it was the dress" the one! PLUS it had pockets!! Who can pass up pockets on a dress haha!

I started my search for a bridal gown at Timeless Elegance, went to another four places in person, and ended up back at Timeless Elegance because they had the most flexibility on timings as well as being able to create a dress. Going in the second time, Louise convinced me to try on a dress I hadn’t considered, and after some thought and another try on that was what I chose! Louise was able to make the alterations needed including incorporating some of my mother’s lace, and create a head piece that matched perfectly. Dealing with Louise was wonderful, and we took in other pieces to be hemmed and tailored along the way, knowing the result would be professional and flattering. Thank you!

I 100% recommend Louise and her team at timeless elegance. They always find me something to wear for my special occasions and alter the dresses to fit me perfectly. The team at timeless elegance always put in above and beyond effort to help everyone that comes in to see them and they are always happy to let me browse at dresses until I find the right one. I had my eye on one dress only and they had it and made the process of ordering it so easy. I had unfortunately gained a bit of weight due to health issues from my original dress order but the alternations were so easy and made me not stress about not being able to fit into my original dress they explained all that they would do and how it wouldn’t look any different and wow I was so shocked you couldn’t even tell any differences they made sure everything moved and was fitted perfectly and contacted me and kept me in the loop the whole process. 10/10 can never not fault this bridal and formal store

3 weeks out from attending a wedding in Milan Italy and my outfit was still too small. Walked into Timeless Elegance looking for a new dress and was told the amazing seamstress could add material to make it fit. I do sew myself and wouldn't even try to attempt this job. They did it! The level of the alterations blew my mind. I not only wore the outfit to the castle in the Milan hills but it really got noticed. So many beautiful comments from family and guests.
