Popped in to get my nails done for the first time and the ladies were absolutely lovely! Wasn’t quite sure what the process was or what I wanted exactly but my nail tech was so patient and understanding. My nail tech constantly asked me throughout the process if I was happy with the shape of the nail, or the depth of the French tip which was absolutely fantastic as I wasn’t sure what I wanted until I saw it for myself. Super affordable, great quality and the ladies are very polite and approachable! I had to leave a tip I was so happy with the service. ✌🏼

Have been to this salon many times and never had bad time. I went and nails cracked two days after and broke within a week 🙁 The lady doing my nails wasn’t filing this straight had to to her to fix it.

Poor form here. Rude staff, saying they could do what I asked for which was a very simple request, I have more fingers cut than ones that aren’t. They’re patchy and bumpy and look horrible. I called up and the manager said so go in the next morning and she would have a look at them. I went in at 11 am and all the ladies sitting in there said that she isn’t there and that I would have to come back. Very disappointed with the service. A massive waste of $70.

I went into Berkeley to have my wedding nails done. They were the most perfect set of arcylics. She listened to my requests of having them natural looking. She took time in her work and made sure the shape and everything was perfect. I am some who doesn't get nails done regularly so I was very nervous to get my nails done. But I was very taken of at Berkeley, even thinking of making it a regular things now I am so happy with the outcome. I got so many complaints and I'm so happy with them. Definitely recommend.

The first lady was so rough, dug into my nail bed on every finger with the drill, leaving dents in them. Then I asked for a cat eye design which was extra but wasn't done properly so looks like normal shellac. $80 for a refill and design which is non existent and my finger nails are so sore now. Very disappointing.

Love this salon they always do an amazing job visually ALSO my acrylics last a week longer than any other place Iv gone to!

I've been attending for months now. I return every 3 weeks, with acrylics (and white tips). My nails always get positive compliments and always look very healthy. All staff have great positive customer service and are willing to fix single breaks if needed in between each full service if required. Staff are willing to accommodate colour wishes and are helpful to match any desired colours/finishes. All ladies are very kind and caring throughout their services. All services I've had are of a very high standard and consistent. Owners are also wonderful people. ❤️ Last weekend, I visited for a full set. My current nails were matched to a picture I found online. Staff member was able to match all colours and shape my nails to a satisfactory finish. Thanks, I love them 😁
