It was very busy but Tess the lady there was on her own and was very friendly, patient , polite and remained calm considering how busy it was and very helpful with advice for the girls there looking at and trying on the dresses. Would recommend without hesitation

One of the best parts was that no appointment was necessary, which made the whole experience feel so relaxed and stress-free. You’re also allowed to take photos, and I was even able to FaceTime my mum who was interstate for her to share in on the experience!! So incredibly grateful for that. Thank you. The service was absolutely impeccable from the moment I walked in. The store manager was so knowledgeable, patient and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process, which honestly made dress shopping such an enjoyable experience. The dresses themselves were stunning, with so many beautiful styles at genuinely affordable prices. If you’re looking for a bridal store with incredible service, gorgeous gowns and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is a complete no brainer!

I found my perfect wedding dress at Gold Coast Bridal Outlet. There are no appointments needed so you can walk in whenever it suits you. The girls in there are really kind and don’t make you feel pressured or rush. I tried on over 10 styles and they were more than happy to assist with zipping up the dresses, adjusting it to fit (if it’s a bit too big), and putting dresses back on their hanger while you try the next one in. I did not feel pressured to buy the dress straight away. I walked away without it to think on it & loved it so much that I went back for it the next day. I could not recommend it more. Such beautiful dresses at affordable prices. You won’t find beautiful designer dresses at a reasonable price anywhere else. One of the best parts is if you find your dream dress, you can walk away with it that day!! 10/10 recommend!!

Could not have asked for a better experience. Tess helped me today, she was welcoming, full of knowledge and made suggestions that ended up being 'the dress'. Tess was patient when I returned 3 times in one day between other dress appointments at other locations but she definitely knew that was my dress. The quality and price were amazing.
