The Cheesecake Shop Willows

Rarely am I moved to write a bad review but this experience takes the cake! For many years, the Cheesecake Shop’s Tiramisu Torte has been a favourite "go to" for special occasions. Family and guests have always been complimentary of the deliciously delicate and classic treat. Admittedly, the quality had fallen off a little over time and was sometimes inconsistent but could be forgiven. Today’s purchase cannot. This messy offering in no way represents a torte – just an over-bloated fluffy sponge cake stuffed full of sloppy inch thick cream and very ordinary coffee flavouring. An embarrassment to serve as it fell apart and no thoughts of second helpings – such was the overall sickly sweetness. So very disappointed. Never again. N.B. the original versions didn't need stiff plastic collars to keep them in shape!

Staff seem annoyed by your presence, like they would rather be anywhere else which is apparently out the back giggling to eachother. Asked about cutting one of the cabinet cakes in half and was answered by a blank stare, i assume she didn't hear the question over the music she was listening to on her airpods. A disappointing and ultimately pointless visit.

I am always extremely happy with the beautiful custom cakes made to order for special occasions from Karen and the team. They go above and beyond to deliver what is requested with so much creativity and care. The variety of other products in store is amazing and there is always something new and exciting on offer. Always friendly helpful service. I highly recommend this fantastic business to everyone.

I came in at yesterday at 3:15pm in the afternoon, the guy that served me did not want to be there whatsoever, I ask for a simple vanilla tote and asked if they could do it for my sons 20th, they said they can do a simple vanilla tote but instead they guy hesitated and didn’t show any confidence in trying to confirm if they can actually do this cake. So I suggest a different cake which was a deluxe version that also has a vanilla base instead the guy gave us a blueberry fruit base and even put happy birthday 40th for my 20 year old son, the cake was filled with strawberries and m&ms like it was literally made for a 10 year old, dissatisfied and disappointed never coming back here again!

An Indian accent man was so rude. And every time he try overcharge when i order special cake.
