Really really unfortunate for a staff member to accuse of theft but when put on the spot she starts crying pretty much. It’s ok I videoed it and will give to head office. Enjoy !
Found some really quality linen shirts suitable for Fij's weather for Less than $20 each
There is 0 customer service at this store. No greeting and when I questioned the price, the young man just walked away without saying anything to personally check the price. Came back and bluntly informed me that I was wrong. I visit frequently and will not shop here again.

"Very bad experience ever " 12/07/2025 / 12 pm I ordered a bicycle for my elder son 15 days ago. They said they would get the bicycle fitted in a week. When I went after a week, they said the bicycle was not ready yet. I waited another week. No response at all. We went there two weeks later to find out what happened to the bicycle. Luckily, the bicycle was ready. We regret that we did not receive any message or phone call. I raised this issue with the manager there. I didn't even get any response or even a "sorry "from the manager. Tell me, is it fare? Outcome: My son was very upset since last two weeks . The floor manager she doesn’t know how to take care of customers and how to solve issues?
Purchased a game that was meant to have 2 discs. Got home and found only one had been put in the case by the sales person at the electronic good desk. Returned to the shop to get the second disc so I could finish installing the game and was told I couldn't have it as I may be trying to scam the store. I had already shown receipt and proof of purchase on banking app. When I asked for a refund, the sales rep checked the draw and found the second disc. Overall experience has left me unimpressed with Big Ws customer service.
Ease of online shopping. Pick up at service desk. Purchased these two PS4 games online and got email to say once order is ready for collection. Clean and tidy department store. Friendly staff.
