I was visiting the Karrinyup location of Bec and Bridge multiple times over the past fortnight and from the very start I had fantastic customer service! From helping pick outfits out, opinions, finding small defects in the garment I planned to buy and then ordering a new one from over East. Great service, couldn’t be happier with my experience. It’s a pricey investment in your clothes and your service matches the bar. I just want to say thank you and keep doing what you’re doing 😊
Had such wonderful customer service from a staff member working at Karrinyup Bec and Bridge today. I am 6 week PP and I am a bridesmaid in less than a month. This staff member went above and beyond calling other stores to see if they had certain dresses in stock and that they were at high quality. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but she was amazing.
My experience when entering in the store was feeling awkward and completely ignored. Not even an acknowledgment or greetings. The girls just keep chatting and pretends like we're not even there.. Extremely uncomfortable. Nice clothes but mean staff, not worth it
Alana was AMAZING! Myself and my bridesmaids came in looking for bridesmaids dresses. Alana was so helpful and kind. She got every size we needed in all styles we liked. She also wrote all of our favourites down with sizes for us to show a bridesmaid who couldn’t be there. Thank you so much Alana! <3
Outstanding service by Carla! She was absolutely exceptional with her customer service and helped me find a dress for an upcoming event. This brand continues to deliver great quality and personally, I think their clothing is worth the price.
