Olga is such a kind and talented person. My dress store ordered the wrong variant of my dress and sent me to Olga to fix it. I was extremely nervous but Olga reassured me she'd fixed much worse before. I was very picky but Olga was so patient and understanding. In the end the dress was even better than I had imagined it and she found the perfect dress straps that looked like they were made for my dress. She also made my veil I had so many compliments on both on the day and afterwards! I plan to sell my dress but I'm keeping the veil forever 🙂 Her prices are so reasonable too!! There's definitely a reason she's won the brides choice award so many times. I've already recommended Olga to a few brides and will continue to do so Thank you so much!

I’m genuinely disappointed to be writing this review, especially after Olga came highly recommended by a bridal boutique. My experience was nothing short of stressful and chaotic. At my first fitting, we clearly agreed on the areas of the dress to be taken in. However, at the second fitting, it was obvious that she had gone far too far with the alterations — so much so that I was told I would now need to lose weight to fit into the very dress that had originally been too large. From there, things only got worse. She repeatedly forgot my appointments or claimed they were never scheduled. This meant my dress was often not ready when I arrived, and valuable time was wasted. The most distressing moment came the Saturday before my wedding — the day I was meant to collect my completed gown. When I arrived, she looked at me in shock. She had entirely forgotten the appointment, and my dress was still in pieces in her workshop — just one week out from my wedding day. I was absolutely beside myself. In the end, although the dress technically fit, she never altered the straps as we had originally agreed. I picked it up two days before my wedding and had no choice but to take it as-is, despite being unhappy with the result. I would absolutely not recommend her services. No bride deserves that kind of disorganisation, stress, or disregard — especially during such an important time.
