AAA Dressmaking & Alterations

I have been coming here since 2024 June and Fatima has been extremely helpful to me and all alterations and dress making services. Fatima skills are excellent and I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied since 2024 in the many times I have been coming. Pricing is reasonable and honest. Fatima is very professional, kind and also flexible with customers needs. Recently I needed an urgent dress made and she accommodated me and made my beautiful dress within a week. This is the worst place. Do not go here. I asked for my dress to be shorten from floor length to where the back length now is and as you can see in the pictures the front is drastically shorter then the back and isn’t even straight. A dress that I put extra faith in her to do a week before my hens and now I’m out $100 for a dress I can’t wear now and have to buy a new one. Plus when I expressed my unhappiness, minus the fact is was once leaving, she denied that this was her fault and said I was a liar and refuses to refund me. Thanks for nothing. Never go here! Edit based on the response: Never said I wasn’t happy with the corset. As mentioned the whole dress is uneven. As someone who has a hard time speaking up for themselves, having your husband and kids in the next area made it very difficult to tell you that you’ve ruined my dress. The offer to bring it back in and address the issue is null and void when you’ve cut the front so far up that it’s unwearable. I’m unable to sit in it or walk because it rides up. You can clearly see that this is wrong due to the back being the right length so making the back shorter would be making the matter worse. Rather then addressing my issues in a kind manner and understanding my point of view, you decided to go full defensive as if you could never make an error.

at AAA dressmaking fatima made my graduation dress on such short notice! i asked her if she could make me a dress within a week & she did just that! i picked up my dress today feeling so satisfied with not only the dress but overall her service, fatima takes priority in her customers to ensure they are 100% satisfied & comfortable with what they ask for & is also willing to make changes to allow you to get the genuine quality you deserve as a customer. she is very talented & knowledgeable in what she does & is most definitely reliable, i will continue to be a customer of AAA dressmaking as she delivers such good quality dresses with amazing service at such an affordable price 🙂

Fatima was absolutely phenomenal with altering my dress. She has great attention to detail and made sure I was happy with the final product before she charged me. Fatimaj never disappoints and is now my go to! She has high attention to detail and extreme care for her customers. I’ve had a custom made b-day dress , skirts and a wedding guest dress all created by her and I’m truly amazed and extremely happy with the outcome always.
