In short terms, this place was an absolute waste of time. Customer service was so poor regardless of booking in advanced, we chose to leave after a few dresses and spend money elsewhere. Dresses here were majority 2-4 (6-8-10AUS) which lacks actually trying a dress on even if it’s clipped in. The worker kept stating that they can "order in the dress in any size/colour" but how can you spend so much money on a dress you haven’t even seen on? Even when we asked the worker with long brown hair to pull a few dresses in similar styles in a 12 she gave a bland dress in a 10 then continued helping other people and discussing payments (money hungry if you ask me) Very disappointing and ridiculous when you are shopping for bridesmaid dresses. We felt better knowing the others in the store were saying the same thing ( disappointing service and sizes available) would not recommend

I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at this store. I had ordered two dresses of the same style for my relatives, and when I went to pick them up, the staff didn’t seem to know where the dresses were. I had to wait for a while until they called the manager to locate them. When they finally found the dresses, they weren’t properly prepared — they hadn’t been steamed or placed in their own dress covers. After they found them, both dresses were put together in one bag, and when I asked for a second cover, I was told they were sold out and didn’t have any more available. It’s really disappointing, especially considering the reputation of the store. I genuinely hope this feedback helps improve the service and organisation for future customers.

I came in looking for bridesmaids dresses and had such a great experience. Tiana was very knowledgeable and offered thoughtful ideas and suggestions that really helped us narrow things down and feel confident in our choices (so happy with our final decision!). The quality of the dresses were really nice, and overall the process was very smooth.

Excellent customer service both in store and on the phone. Communication was amazing. Chantel went above and beyond to ensure that I had not only one dress for my event but two dresses. Exceptional experience from start to end. I received so many compliments on the night about my dress. A family members wedding is upcoming, and bridesmaids dresses are so terrible, nothing is done on time, no quality what so ever, zero customer service, it’s been 3 months since we have agreed, and the wedding is a week away and nothing has been done at all
