I ordered three hair pins from Windsor Jewelry for my wedding, and one arrived broken. I emailed James and heard back immediately. After sending a photo, he quickly sent a replacement. The new hair pin arrived fast and was beautiful and in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciate how easy they made the process. Exceptional pieces crafted with skill and care with outstanding customer service from James. My daughter's debutante dress was elevated with the Victoria Crystal Belt making it look elegant with a great sparkle which caught the light when she danced. James was very helpful in suggesting suitable pieces for my daughter after seeing her dress. We also purchased a gorgeous headband which was comfortable to wear all night. A massive thank you to James from Windsor Bridal Jewellery who custom modified two Windsor bridal hair pins for me, by adding several opalescent Swarovski crystals to the pins.
