my wife purchased a dress from this store and everything was going fine until it looked like the dress would turn up late. From there, the customer service went down hill and she received a terribly defensive and rude email from the store person demanding payment. This all occurred within a week of the wedding date when she was expecting the dress at least 2 weeks prior. I picked the dress up for her (having never met nor spoken to these people) as she was too upset to confront them. Their attitude towards me was nothing but appalling with not a hint of an apology or sympathy for our situation. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. BEWARE, it seems the moment things don't go right, they only want to make sure they've got their money.

Not a pleasant experience. Dress was lovely. Was a bit too big but what can you do when its finally finished the day before your wedding!? I wasn't the only bride waiting for my dress to be finished the day before our wedding. I bumped into a panicked bride out the front of her store, so naturally we started talking and our stories turned out to be very similar. Her dress wasn't done at 3pm when I left. Endless lies from dressmaker, cancelations and absolutely no apology given for the delay. Brides don't need the fear and stress of having no dress the day before their wedding day. Only advice would be to lie about your wedding date so you can account for her complete lack of organisational skills and tact. Also don't lose your cool as this will make matters worse. I guarantee you will have a similar experience to me...good luck!

Ladies, be very careful with this place. Lovely and reasonably priced dresses (they are made in Vietnam) Unfortunately, mine was not only of poor quality (front longer than the back and underarm drop too high - had to spend almost half of the purchase price in additional alternation to make it look right. But the worst bit was that my dress did not arrive at the promised time. With only one week to spare until my wedding, rather than apologise for the delay, an earlier very lovely Theresa turned extremely nasty and defensive, demanding payment for "fulfilling her side of the contract" for providing an unfitted/unaltered dress only days before the wedding. I have never experienced such aggressive behaviour from a service provider and still shocked by the experience.

I have been treated quite awfully when I have visited the store, the store attendant looked bored and uninterested, and did not even greet me. I looked around the entire store twice, she did not even get up once to help me, even when there were dresses I was genuinely interested in. By the way, I should mention, I was the only one in the store at the time! I should not have to wait around to be served when clearly I was her only customer. You obviously didn't want my business. This was not a once off experience either, I have walked into your store several times to see if I am treated differently, unfortunately not. I am also appalled at reading the previous reviews, and your replies, you have not apologised once to anyone! In fact, you're quite rude in your replies. It costs you nothing to apologise, but it costs you your reputation when you don't. You need to think about how customers are treated, this is retail, customer service is everything. Especially since you're supposed to be helping someone for the most important day in their life.

Sucked no pretty dresses for my deb and no one was kind enough to ask simple questions or have manners very appalled never ever going there again
