If you want to give yourself high blood pressure or a stroke this is the place to go. The most stressful thing I have been through was making my mother of the bride dress. Unfortunately the own is the down fall of this place, he doesn’t listen to what you really want! He thinks he knows all and that his workmanship is the best! Far from it as you can see in the photos I have provided. The only real good thing about this place are the lovely ladies that work there. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. He gave me an unfinished dress, I spent three hours the night before the wedding trying to sow and finish it off. He left pins in it the dress where he didn’t stitch it , seems where all frayed, he didn’t even have the decency to put the back loops on my dress to attach the see through straps on. And here I was trying to support local shops

Professional team with lovely customer service. Walked in unsure of what I wanted and not even an hour later secured what I didn’t even know was my dream wedding dress all along. All dresses were exceptional but this store truly has some beautiful dresses that can’t be found anywhere else. Beautiful dresses with gorgeous detailing including the veils handmade by the workers.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this bridal hire shop, and unfortunately, it’s all due to the owner's behavior. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely disrespected and uncomfortable. The owner was pushy, rushing me through the entire process without giving me any space to actually consider my options. There was no room for any questions or concerns; it felt like they were more interested in making a sale than actually helping me find the right dress. The lack of professionalism and consideration was astounding. I understand that a bridal hire shop is a business, but treating customers with basic courtesy should be a given. Instead, I was met with an impatient attitude and pressure to make decisions on the spot. There was no flexibility or understanding of my needs. I left feeling more stressed than excited and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive experience. I expected a welcoming and supportive environment, but instead, I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude from the owner. Definitely not the kind of service anyone should have to endure when planning such an important event. Save your time and go somewhere where you're treated with respect.
