Target Goulburn

The staff are all so amazing. This is a great target because of the lovely staff. Great country feel!

I was in the Toy section the other day and was disgusted at how disorganised and messy it was. There were tiys withiut tickets, tickets without toys, the same toy in three different aisle, soft toys all over the floor...surely somebody coyld check this area regularly and tidy up and keep things organised! Ive never seen such a mess!

I bought a PS5 on click and collect I got the message to say it was in so off I went to get it but when I get home it was the one with out the disc drive so next morning off I go back to store to see about a refund he said that was fine so went home to get it but then he says it's over the departments limit and I would have to take it to another store in Canberra. Are you serious I bought it through Goulburn but can't return it there so next morning up again and off to Belconnen and they say they could have returned it there just needed managers approval are you serious 200km round trip for nothing maybe we could do some more training at Goulburn moral of the story go to Canberra in the first place as the have them in stock🤦‍♀️

Awesome store and well organised, would’ve given 5 star but one curly hair male staff is unfriendly and he didn’t even say hi or thank you the whole time when I payed.

I always enjoy target as the people at the door and check outs seem happy to be there and helpful of you ask them something. We do always help ourselves as there isn't usually anyone around unless at the checkouts. We have had people tell us they don't know of something is in stock and have had to go searching ourselves. The specials can be quite good if you wait for them. Great parking front and back with two entrances.

The store is really big. They have every thing you need for the family and home. The service is friendly and the store was bright and clean. They have a huge range of items to choose from. Over all my experience thier was positve.

Staff are lovely. Unfortunately the whole shop stinks like really bad body odour. It has been like this for several months. Not sure why this is the case but it’s very off putting.
