Kmart Goulburn

Hii Pathetic experience at Kmart Goulburn. Lady named "Sue" a staff member there has no manners. There was 15-20 min left for closing time but all she was doing was asking people to leave. My little baby bought a ball from back side and left it somewhere. She came running and spoke in the rudest way and also said that I don’t come here to pick up your stuff. I told her that it’s okay I will pick it up sorry about that, but she was not in her senses or maybe she does not have that much manners or etiquettes. I got to know from other staff members that she is manager. She is not at all good for that position infact she is not good for any other position. I have also heard from many other people that she is always rude with people, always frustrated. Strict action should be taken against this woman " Sue"

Appalled at how poor the service has gotten. Search online, items available, walk around and round to not find anything, ask for assistance, scan, oh yeah we should have it but oh it's probably still on the pallet out the back, Click and collect as items are available to have my order cancelled because the staff are too lazy to unpack a pallet..

Very quite and nice for shopping... cheaper than sydney Kmart. You can almost everything ranging from kitchenware to bedroom and living room essentials.

Wide variety of plush toys and squish mallows and some Pokemon toys. Need more Disney toys and spongebob square pants items and figurine's. Need to stock some crystal beads not just chip crystal beads in container. Also usually stock unpolished crystals for sale in container but none there. Need more headbands and hair accessories.

Very friendly helpful staff and prices are always good

We went to Goulburn Kmart to print a few photo blocks. Out of 6, 2 had air pockets which were not acceptable even if the saleswoman tried to tell us that nobody would see it on the wall. We still insisted. She did another one, just dropped it unceremoniously on the counter as if she was not happy with having to redo it. Imagine how we felt after the redone block had still air pockets. We hesitated but decided that since we had almost paid $100 for the lot that we could at least expect some service. So we asked her to redo it. She did and came back this time telling us that this is the 5th time that it still has defects that the quality is poor at Kmart and that if we expect quality we better go to Harvey Norman or a photo shop. Why in the first place does Kmart sell defective products and expect people to pay for it! Kmart employee was not the least apologetic and was annoyed that we were expecting for a non defective product that we paid for. Customer service is bad!

It seems that the staff are not well trained, or trained at all. One time I asked a lady where to find a broom, and she absolutely had no idea so I had to find it myself. Another time, I purchased an item online through "click and collect". I went to the service desk and said i’m here to "pick up an order". It took her a while to figure out it was a click and collect and blamed me because i said it’s a "pick up" not "click and collect". I literally showed the email and bar code. She said "pick up" means Lay-by. Somehow it’s my fault for not knowing there are different lingos for item pick ups. I recommend not speaking with the staff at all when you’re here, or expect to be disappointed.
