Hands down the best remedial massage by Megan. Walk in and float out afterwards. Highly recommend. Love waiting in the relaxation room, Karen and all the staff are wonderful, but Megan is an angel.

I booked in for a full body massage with Akansha this morning. When I arrived I was offered the opportunity to add onto or extend my treatment as her schedule allowed for this. I declined as I felt my 50 minutes would be sufficient. Within moments of Akansha starting my massage I knew 50 minutes would not be enough! A full day would not be enough! Akansha is incredibly talented, in tune with your needs, considerate & respectful. From start to finish my whole experience today was complete relaxation. This was easily the best relaxation massage I have ever had. From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left I honestly felt like I was the only client in the spa.

My son and I went there for massage and mani/pedicures plus a facial. The massage I had was amazing but the mani/pedicure experience was underwhelming to say the least. The girls were lovely and friendly but sadly their skills were poor and the result was not satisfactory. My son and I were trying to balance a drying machine between us as instructed by the girls. It was a clumsy, awkward set up. The polish was not adhering to my son's nails and it was evident the polish used was poor quality. I asked for a top coat but was told they don't do a clear top coat. I had never heard of not finishing with a clear top coat of polish ever before. By the time we got home we had to remove all our polish as it was smudged due to the poor application. Yes,we should have gone back but were time poor by this stage and it probably wouldn't have been resolved unfortunately. My son was disappointed with the facial also. It was expensive and we would not recommend. The massage was great but sadly the other staff were poorly trained. Should have been charged beauty school rates not top dollar. Giving the stars for the massage and friendliness of the girls but not the other services.

Thoroughly enjoyed our pampering massages. Lovely relaxing hour in peaceful surroundings.

Had an appointment here today for the spa tapas and was absolutely amazed! The treatment from the time I walked in until the time I left was absolutely amazing! Such a serene, peaceful and blissfully relaxing experience! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! The staff were so welcoming, accommodating and all around lovely and the treatments were absolutely delightful!

The staff were amazing and friendly. The atmosphere alone makes you feel relaxed and welcomed. They have a great selection of services available. I had a pedicure and my eyebrows threaded, did a great job on both. My only regret is I didn't book a massage as well!
