Absolutely outstanding customer service. Shopping at Peter Shearer Gawler was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. The gentleman who was working on 17th Jan was so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and knew exactly how to best assist someone with little knowledge on suits and formal wear. Shopping for a suit for a sad occasion was made so much easier and I really appreciate the help and kindness.

This shop was great. Their knowledge and ability to match colours, not only around my suit, but also to my wife's dress(s🙄) was great. We felt comfortable, which is not something that happens easily when i pick clothes

Just fantastic from start to finish. They worked with us for a rental and the staff was lovely with my odd taste and my partner insisting it needed to be formal enough for a fancy event. Nothing was a hassle. Even got my deposit back the same day Will definitely be back when I get around to buying my own suit 🙂
