We could not be happier with our experience at Lippitt’s Manufacturing Jeweller! My husband and I had our custom wedding rings made here, and the entire process was absolutely incredible from start to finish. What truly sets them apart is that everything is done in-house by the owner and master jeweller, nothing is sent away in the post. That gave us so much confidence knowing our sentimental gold and stones never left the store. We were able to use our own gold and stones, and they also sourced additional pieces to ensure our rings matched perfectly. The craftsmanship is simply outstanding. Jackie, the sales consultant was amazing listened so carefully to what we wanted and helped bring our vision to life with such patience and care. Made the whole experience feel personal and special rather than just another transaction. Mr and Mrs Lippitt are exceptional jewellers and genuinely lovely people. Their attention to detail, skill, and pride in their work is evident in every part of the process. We are beyond grateful for the beautiful rings they created for us, pieces we will treasure forever. We will absolutely be lifelong customers and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our jewellery. Thank you for making such a special time in our lives even more meaningful!

Dropped off my granddaughters necklace for repairs and left a bag of diamonds from other jewellery to see if they could use them in June. Necklace wasn’t treats as organised and then they forgot to bring my stones back. Two weeks later they finally posted them back minus one big one and starting the others were CZ!!! Mmm 🤔 No email to show them so putting it on here Not impressed You can clearly see the missing stone

Had all my gold melted down to make a bracelet here. Could not be happier. Jackie was amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend all their repairs as well.

All the staff here as so incredibly helpful and kind. Such a great family owned business. You can take in photos of what you want made and they will make it for you. Such great quality too. Highly recommend!

Went in Lippitts today, the lady behind the counter was so helpful, she was super friendly, her name started with a T. Will definitly be back.

Have just had a second ring designed using old unused jewellery and custom made by Lippitts and absolutely love it. The attention to detail in the designing process was amazing and nothing was too much trouble as I made several tweaks to the original design. The finished ring is better than I imagined and something I will cherish and never want to take it off.

My ring looks the best it has for 40 years !!!!!! They fixed and resized a 40 year old ring for me which was engraved all the way round, including replicating the engraving at the break. It now looks better than new and fits perfectly. Their price was really affordable too, which helped as I am on the disability pension and have minimal disposable income. I cannot speak highly enough about them and recommend them to anyone who needs their jewellery repaired.
