I had wonderful time at my bridal off the rack appointment at true society. I was a bit nervous going in, however my consultant Kristen was amazing. She made me feel at ease, was kind and very knowledgeable. I ended up having the best time and finding my dress!! What a great experience. Thank you so much Kristen!! 😊

True Society was the 4th wedding boutique I went to and I’m so glad I went as their level of service blew me away. They have a high level of service and professionalism. They contacted me a week prior to take me through what to expect and shared resources to help me think about what I’d like to try. Upon arrival the space and staff were clean and modern. You truly felt like you were going in to be spoilt and doted upon. I was always able to find my wedding dress that I’ve been dreaming about! What made the experience truly special was having my dedicated stylist Sophie. She was so lovely, down to earth and so passionate. Sophie had read through my notes and comments prior to me arriving and knew I was on a budget and knew the style it was looking for. Even when she took me around the boutique to look at dresses, she was so attentive and actively listened to what styles I liked and she found the dress I said yes to. I was so very happy I had found my dress as I was beginning to worry I wouldn’t find the one. Sophie also answered all my questions and was just a delight to talk with as I tried on everything. Truly grateful for everything she has done and cannot wait to wear my beautiful sparkly dress on my big day. Thanks True Society for hiring and supporting wonderful talents like Sophie and thank you so much Sophie for being you.

I had the absolute BEST experience at True Society. They went above and beyond from day dot even calling me beforehand to chat about what styles I liked and giving me the opportunity to upload inspo photos so they could get a feel for what I was hoping for. It made such a difference and set the tone for the whole experience. When my mum and I arrived, we were welcomed so warmly. A huge shoutout to Bronie, who was nothing short of amazing. She made the entire appointment feel magical and truly special. And another big thank you to Kristen at my collection appointment. She went out of her way to help, even walking my dress all the way to my car and popping it in for me. Such incredible, thoughtful service from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you for making such a special moment even more beautiful. 💕

I had an appointment to find my dress style at True Society, the first bridal dress store I visited. Once I steped into the shop, the shop is beautiful, they have a lot of dress styles too! I told Georgie the style of dress I was interested in and she did such an amazing job helping me find my dream dress within my budget !! I can't belive that I said YES ! to the dress in the very first shop I visted. This is a testimant to how great the shop is! I had such a good experience and I cannot wait to see my dress when it arrives soon.

Don’t bother going anywhere else. True Society is where you need to be if you’re after a wedding dress! I’m an indecisive person, so it was great having Sophie make me decide what exactly I liked about each dress, even though I had a silhouette and style in mind. she was so thoughtful and passionate, and made the experience that much more joyful! 🥰 I didn’t feel pressured to choose my dress on the spot, but it was clear I’d found the one after the second bridal appointment. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and unlike any other bridal shop in Melbourne. I’m so happy I found my dream dress at True Society. Thanks for your help Sophie, and to Claudia for fitting us in after the fact so we could try on extra accessories and pop the bubbles! 🥂

Absolute amazing experience with true society, the girls in there especially Imke & Annie, were so amazing and helpful. I ended up finding my dream dress as they listened to everything l wanted. As a plus size girlie l had a set budget and honestly thought I wasn’t going to find something l loved under that in my size, but Imke worked to my budget and what style l wanted and found me exactly what l was after. I absolutely loved how l could walk around with them and actually pick what l wanted!!! Imke even did my hair for me quickly to put my veil in and made it all feel so real. Thankyou so much for making this experience so special and easy xx Highly recommend these girls at True Society🤍 Also absolutely adored their shop and the florals in their, it was so beautiful and made the day so special🤩🤩

I had the best experience at True Society. Coming in not really knowing what I wanted and being really indecisive I left with so much advice and confidence. Georgie and Merrisha were so kind and comfortable and not pushy at all. They made me and all of my friends and family feel so welcome and it was truely the best experience. I can’t imagine picking a dress anywhere else, and I would recommend True Society to anyone and everyone. Thankyou so much for making the wedding planning that little less stressful, and I can’t wait to wear my beautiful dress on the big day. Thankyou so much for caring about my experience and for helping me make the right choice, it was worth the hour drive! ❤️
