My mum purchased a dress from here. A day after we contacted the owner for a refund. She denied us for either a refund or exchange, after I told her you had no policy stating so, she accepted and said to come to the store. My mum went there in a rush and she was not there, she left the store when it wasn’t even her closing time. She had no policies in her store and did not inform us. After it became a bigger issue, she printed a policy and placed it in her store claiming it was always there. I work in retail, I know how customers are supposed to be treated. She has no ethical standards or knowledge about this. She offered store credit later on if the dress has no damage. Her dresses in store when we tried them on, had so much damage on them already and she sells them to people!! She tells them to go get it tailored as she cannot give it in a new condition. This is the worst store ever and has no knowledge about customer service or how to treat customers. She has no care at all, she only wants to make sales desperately. She doesn’t even have card payment, she takes bank transfers and provides no receipt. She is extremely unprofessional.

i love my dress, it was absolutely stunning!! The service was phenomenal so kind, loving and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back !!
