Kmart Endeavour Hills

I ordered products online for delivery and the box has come damaged and opened when it has a FRAGILE sticker on it. I rang the delivery company and they redirected me to the store it was sent from which then redirected me to a message from a robot system. I’ll NEVER order online from Kmart again let alone use the company called COURIERS PLEASE out of DANDENONG SOUTH VICTORIA

I had such a great experience thanks to Aaron, the manager. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me. His customer service was excellent, and he made sure everything was sorted quickly and with a smile. You can tell he really cares about customers and his team. A true asset to Kmart! Love your work AARON.

One of the workers, who I think is the manager. I believe I was told the name of this women is Lee. The rudeness towards her own workers is unbelievable. I suggest Kmart or whoever is in charge looks into this, I won’t mention her name but I also spoke to one of the workers who said this women is incredibly arrogant and rude and can be a bit of a bully. Look after your workers for Christ sake.

For a company that demands treating their staff with respect, they could learn to respect THEIR CUSTOMERS, instead of treating customers like potenial thieves. I will NEVER shop at Kmart again

Aaron is an outstanding manager! He was approachable, attentive, and made sure I had a positive shopping experience. It’s rare to come across someone who is genuinely so helpful and caring. Kmart is lucky to have him leading the team.

This Kmart is so friendly and family orientated. Have you ever been to a Kmart that was totally messy and overrun with people? Not this one It looks new The staff are alright depending on person. I appreciate the workers, when they want to help you. It’s so nice and cozy here.
