I had an urgent alteration and Ali completed it within just one day, which was incredible given how detailed the work was. The gown was traditional with heavy beading, sequins, and handwork, and the craftsmanship was excellent. Polite, professional, and very speedy communication throughout. Quick turnaround time for alterations. Bit on the expensive side, but they were happy to do the job that other (read: SewEasy, Endeavour Hills Shopping Centre) wouldn't do. Definitely a number/business to keep handy in your Contacts.
