I have been a long standing customer of this place and today the owner of the shop really pissed me off. It’s my birthday and she charged me for a balloon that popped whilst going to the car. Didn’t care at all, seriously for $15 she made it a big deal. I’ll go somewhere else next time. Stuff that.

Service wasn't great. We bought lot of car toys. They all broken within few hours. Cheap plastic toys not worth the value. Very expensive.

Really disappointed about the service. I informed that I cancelled the party 9 days before as my father passed away. They refused to refund the money for the balloon garland as they told that they already made it. I cannot imagine about the quality of their product. If they prepare it well in advance can you guys think about the quality? And that’s not fair not to hold our money as well. Because we didn’t tell them to prepare it that early and we informed them before 9 days of the party. Not recommending this place to anyone as the lady does not have any emotions. They just running the business for money not for quality. I definitely going to uplift this issue to the next stage as they have not informed us that they are preparing balloons two weeks before the party and not refunding our money back due to their fault and poor quality.

Great place for party and some baking needs, friendly staff with ample parking.

I will never shop here again either recommend it to anyone. They sell their products very more expensive than anywhere else. Those two arrogant ladies working there as if this is the only shop in Melbourne. Dont come to this shop as they will only rip you off.

Absolutely love this place!! Staff are extremely helpful and kept my toddler amused whilst assisting me with my every need for supplies! Thank you, and I shall continue to come back to you every time!! xx Highly recommend!!

What amazing service! Wanted to make my nephew's 1st birthday a lil' more special considering it was cancelled due to covid. And thankfully Love Party came to my rescue. Wonderful service, quick & easy. They went above & beyond, delivering on a Sunday & even organising a card for me. Thank you once again for your amazing service. 😁
