Highly recommend Balloon Worx Cessnock!! I’ve used their services a couple of times now both in store and via email and cannot fault them. They did the balloon bouquet for my daughter’s 9th birthday party last year and this year for her 10th we hired the shimmer wall and balloon arch we came across from their sponsored ad on Facebook. I cannot recommend Judy and her new florist, Karen enough. I had to organise a big order of balloons and flowers for my sisters milestone birthday (as we are interstate) and the lovely Judy was such a pleasure to work with. From her answering the phone with a smile to having such amazing customer service to always assuring me that she will do everything she could to make my sisters milestone day so special, we are forever grateful. I organised everything from Melbourne which i thought was going to be difficult, however, Judy made me feel so very comfortable and confident in her and her team over the phone. The order was received today and we are beyond happy with the order. The balloons and flowers were absolutely fantastic, the flowers were VERY fresh, perfectly designed & super affordable. Placed an order over the phone and order turned up completely wrong and was unsuitable for our needs. When I called Balloon Worx to notify them of the mistake, it was communicated that our order did not contain our specific requirements. I was then questioned as to why our admin staff did not make the delivery driver aware of the mistake. Their job is to collect deliveries, Not know the finer details of the order, which should have been taken correctly over the phone in the first place. The owner was rude while discussing the issue and did not provide me with a suitable resolution.

Great business with lovely staff! Organised for these guys to decorate a house in Lovedale we were staying at with flowers and balloons for my husbands birthday. Judy and her team did did a wonderful job and were great to communicate with from the get go !! Wonderful family business. Would definitely recommend them.

I am happy to recommend Balloon Worx over and over again. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND decorating our room by even helping me with other areas of my event when another supplier had made an error!
