Westfield Carindale

This review is purely based on the cleanliness of the parent rooms. I saw multiple cockroachs in the changing area and when I went to sit down in the stall to feed my baby there was what I assume is dried crusty breastmilk all over the walls and chair. Please do better and make this space clean for us parents 🙏🏻

Amazing cleaners. Many of the ladies - and even gentlemen are extremely friendly, waving, and doing their job well. I would like to highlight Linda as an exceptionally kind and helpful woman, working here for over 11 years full time. She is very sweet, always hard at work and asks everyone how their day is going. There are few more ladies whose name I unfortunately don’t know who work extremely hard to make sure the mall is clean for everyone. Thank you all, don’t overlook them! Good shopping centre as well!

Westfield Carindale is an outstanding shopping centre with a fantastic mix of premium and everyday stores. The layout is modern, spacious, and easy to navigate, and everything is always clean and well maintained. There’s an excellent selection of fashion, beauty, dining, and entertainment options, making it perfect for both quick errands and full-day shopping. Parking is convenient, and the centre never feels overcrowded despite how popular it is. Overall, Westfield Carindale offers a high-quality shopping experience and is definitely one of the best centres in Brisbane. Highly recommended!

I was so impressed with your shopping centre on my first visit today. We stayed the whole day! I’m most impressed with the amazing parent room near the food court on lvl 2! So much great thought went into its design and layout. Having my bub with me, we must have utilised the parent room 3-4 times over the day. I regularly saw a cleaner in there emptying nappy bins and wiping surfaces. Disappointed that parking cost $36 on top of what we spent though. Where we live, spending over $150 gets waived parking fees.

Very nice shopping centre with a wide range of shops. Very clean and tidy. Is wheelchair ♿️ friendly. Has a variety of different restaurants and cafes.

Hi. I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful security staff member who went above and beyond to help me find my car last night. I had parked in an unfamiliar car park and, in a rush, didn't take note of where I'd left it. He patiently walked through the largest car park, and when that didn't work he took the time to locate it using CCTV footage. Thanks to his persistence and resourcefulness, he was able to locate my car, which was in a totally different car park to where I thought it was. He was incredibly polite, professional and kind throughout the entire process. I honestly don't know what I would have done without his help. You are very fortunate to have someone of his calibre on your team. Please pass on my deepest thanks, I am truly grateful.

I absentmindedly left my iPad in a cafe today so rang the customer service desk as the cafe doesn’t have a listed number. Maree and Christina were incredibly helpful and retrieved my iPad and had it waiting for me on my return. Very grateful for their kindness.
