I had an amazing experience. I had a change of heart for my wedding dress 3 weeks out from my wedding and Renee and the team were amazing. These ladies are miracle workers. They helped me find a dress and had it alterred in time. The experience was so enjoyable and stress free. Thanm you for saving my day.

Old lady was great, then we waited for assistance and another customer walked in and she let us wait and cater the other customer we waiting to be served we were there first. Any other time she was great, today not good. Not happy will not return not sure if she was frustratedwith the customer before us or it was us.....if your too old and dont like your job retire plz.

Had a really good experience here, after looking everywhere for a grad dress the one was in this store the whole time! The lady was super sweet and genuinely considered what I liked and what I didn’t, unlike many other shops. There was quite the variety of dresses with all different styles and colours. Do recommend. 👍

Renee was absolutely amazing. she helped my sister find the perfect dress and was already on the phone getting her correct size ordered in while we were still doing up the corset. the dress arrived only days later. so fast!! she also helped me find a dress for my event too, she was kind, lovely and patient. highly recommend her. ❤️

Unprofessional is the nicest way i could put it. My neice bought a formal dress from here and after being fitted and not growing an inch needed it to be resized as the original measurements weren't done correctly and they put her in the wrong size.... it took 5 MONTHS to get the dress back and then cost another $250 for the alterations. If the extra wasn't paid they were the going to give the dress back... holding dresses hostage is outrageous and other need to be warned

I have always passed this shop and noticed the beautiful Edward and Jacob cardboard cutouts placed in the the windows. Unfortunately the shop has taken them down, which has caused me to rate this shop four stars when it would have originally been five stars. Nice dresses though.
