If I could give 100 stars I would. The team were exceptional. From the original order, which was personally rushed through to arrive by Christmas, to the exchange for change if style and then finding the perfect fit, Perry and team could not be more helpful. Professional and responsive communication, they were with me every step of the way. This business is the best I have ever dealt with an online purchase and I expect would be the same in person. The quality of the rings is awesome, everything was exactly as described and the additional bonus of the ring sizer included in the package is the best idea! I sent an email to the team at Etrnl to see if I could try a few rings on in the shop. Unfortunately the opening hours didn't work for my schedule, but Perry who was quick to reply was so helpful. They sent me a sizing guide and the confidence to buy multiple rings which could all be sent back free of charge. When the rings arrived they were slightly too big and another email sorted everything out. I sent them all back, processed the refund within a few days and I exchanged the one ring for a smaller size, the shipping is all express and everything happened very fast. Would recommend the rings are good quality and I am happy with how it all turned out.

Amazing experience from start to finish. They’re predominantly online purchases but the support and help via the support team was faultless. They helped guide me on the correct ring size and gave me the confidence to know that should I make a mistake with the ring size they’d exchange until we had the right size. The quality of the ring is great and also the online prices are very competitive and actually offered great savings. The delivery was done within 3days of online purchase so their turnaround time was above what I expected.

Fantastic customer service & beautiful quality products... Well I never leave reviews but this owner went out of his way to help me just before Christmas. I'm in New Zealand & ordered a ring for a gift. Delays caused by DHL had me worried the ring would not arrive in time. The owner rang me from Australia to help rectify this & the ring arrived before Christmas. 12 out of 10 for customer service, honest reliable service plus the ring is high quality & better than the photo. Its so good to know there are still some business owners who have integrity. If you're thinking about buying something from this business, you wouldn't regret it.

I ordered my first ring couple years ago. I broke it just days before Christmas this year, I was very devastated.. I reached out to the customer support as my plan was to order a new one but I can’t remember the ring size. Perry, from the customer support team is very helpful and assisting promptly with my query, he suggested that I may be able to claim from the lifetime warranty which I completely forgot about it. Terry handled this personally to make sure it was sent before Christmas and I received it today. To have the replacement ring back in my finger and brought so much happiness to me, I just can’t put into words. Thank you again ETRNL, best of best in the business 😊

Such an amazing work, design and team. My partner is obsessed with his ring. But I want to say the biggest thank you to worker Perry from support. Such an incredible person and worker! We made a little mistake with sizing, and he/she helped me and ran thru the process of replacing it, so quick and so enthusiastic. I have never felt more comfortable and happy to engage with team support, Perry is an absolute gem!!! Her/his kind words and passion to their job is incredible!!!
