Bruno's Suits

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences i've ever had, I got my wedding tuxedo, all the groomsmen suits and another piece tailored here. This is a prime example of the honest, hard working, knowledgeable alternative to any chain-driven, impersonal choices. Will be back again. Cheers team.

I was looking for a suit for my wedding in several stores and it was so difficult to find the right one — there was always some issue. When I arrived at Bruno’s Suits, everything changed! I was extremely well looked after and Bruno dressed me perfectly for my wedding. I had a great experience with Bruno and his team. I will definitely go back to Bruno’s whenever I need another tailored suit again.

The tailors at Bruno's were very professional and made me feel comfortable. They were very experienced and made the experience fun and could tell what I needed and what was going to work for my by a glance. They nailed it and I was very happy with the result. I own several tailored suits, and this tailor job is by far the worst I've ever had. Bruno was a nice guy, in typical salesman fashion, but the tailoring of the three-piece suit I bought was laughable. I have a narrow waist and broad shoulders, so I wanted it fitted accordingly. When I tried it on at home, it looked like it was tailored for hunchback Quasimodo with excessive loose material around the upper back. My partner was furious that I had spent $1000 on such a poor-fitting suit and bought me an off-the-shelf one from a budget menswear shop for a birthday dinner that night. It fit much better. I returned with the vest for them to try again, but Bruno kept tugging and pulling on it, making me feel stupid for suggesting it didn't fit right before he said I could pay to have it done again if I wasn't happy. That's not how it works, Bruno. I paid to have it tailored again at another tailor, and it now fits perfectly. I have since bought another couple of tailored suits elsewhere that I am happy with, but I won't be shopping at Bruno's again.

This was the second shop I had been to look for a mens cocktail outfit. On entry, we were greeted by Bruno, who introduced himself and listened to our requirements before offering courtesy beverages and refreshments. Brilliant customer service, amazing product knowledge, and just an overall friendly experience. I ended up with the whole kit, 3 piece suit, a pair of chinos, a shirt, boots, belt, and complimentary socks & jocks. These simple gestures and offers make the experience relaxed, no pressure selling, just good old-fashioned top-notch recommendations that took things to another level. This selection of products allows great flexibility on any occasion, allowing regular use of the attire. A quick adjustment is required by the in-house tailor for the perfect fit. Opened up earlier on a Saturday morning just to accommodate my tight time frame. Peter’s energy and customer service was incredible. Coffee…a quick measure and being the professional he is I let him pick everything off the rack. Like a glove! Out in 1/2 an hour before the rush! Amazing. Wouldn’t shop for a suit anywhere else.
