I’ve been seeing Phoebe for a couple of years now and she is well and truly the best in the biz! I always walk away super happy with my hair. She provides a thorough consultation at the start of the appointment, and even offers her advice on what she thinks will look best. Also love the cheeky glass of wine and popcorn – it’s the little things!

Phoebe is truly exceptional. From my very first appointment, I felt completely understood and comfortable. I had a very specific goal. I wanted cool-toned hair with absolutely no warmth. In the past, I always felt pressured by other stylists to go warmer, but Phoebe never did that. She listened attentively, asked thoughtful questions, and genuinely cared about achieving the look I wanted. She’s bubbly, kind and makes you feel instantly welcome. What really stands out is how she remembers the little things you’ve chatted about in previous appointments. It makes you feel genuinely cared for and more than just another client. Phoebe is not only talented but also extremely knowledgeable. There is no pressure. Just expertise, real attention to detail and consistent amazing results. I’m so grateful to have found someone I trust completely with my hair. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!

Phoebe is amazing! As someone who has thick curly hair, I have often felt uncomfortable at local hairdressers on the Coast and I found that Phoebe was so wonderful and caring. I was able to ask for the style and cut I wanted, and I genuinely felt looked after and this felt like a miracle after spending so long feeling like an inconvenience. I am so happy with the outcome of my hair, and I really appreciated the experience.

The outcome of my hair was absolutely amazing and I’m so glad that I put my trust in her. Phoebe was so friendly and easy to chat to. She was always offering me refreshments. I have received so many compliments on my hair since having it done by Phoebe. After years of getting my hair done my dad also noticed I’d had my hair cut and coloured! Absolutely loved seeing Phoebe. It’s a cozy salon and atmosphere and she nailed what I wanted for my hair! I’ve had troubles in the past with hairdressers but Phoebe used such great products and stuck by my wishes that my hair has never looked or felt so nice, soft and healthy! 10/10
